 Edouard Vuillard’s Misia Natanson Reimagined

Recognizing a similarity between paintings by the likes of Edouard Vuillard (1868-1940) and Stable Diffusion’s “latent variable representations” during intermediate denoising steps, this cycle of works in progress generates imaginary snapshot photographs based on Vuillard’s painting “Misia Natanson dans la Forêt” (1899).
